Revenue Growth Management Analyst IV

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Testing for TPM and Spark including data and field validations between source and target.
• Constrained forecast in Reporting (DSR, SPARK, Tableau, etc.).
• S4 Integration Testing in Sales Systems (TPM; BW; Power BI; Tableau).
• S4 UAT Testing in Sales Systems (TPM; BW; Power BI; Tableau).
• Data Quality review and defect resolution.
• Promotion Driver Validation for 09 leveraging Power BI; TPM; Tableau & Excel.
• Holistic accuracy results and Base + Incremental acceptance testing.
• Understanding of Forecast Accuracy metrics and Bias and Base/Incremental; Promoted/Non-Promoted and ROI principles.
• Delegation of promo remediation to CCMs (based on DQ dashboard).
• Thought leadership in setting thresholds for base & incremental acceptance testing.
• Orchestration of acceptance testing activities across commercial teams.

• JIRA.
• Q-Test.
• Tableau.
• Sales Force TPM (APEX).
• Power BI.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Skill Sets:

• System Testing and use of JIRA; Q test.
• Issue Resolution/Problem Solving.
• Excel Skills for V-Look ups; etc.
• Report building in Power BI; BW Ad hoc.
• Technical skills around integration and interfaces.
• Data Modeling.
