Pay Range: $35 to $44/hr.
Job Description: Title: Digital Producer II
Hybrid position, AH site 3 days per week.
Purpose Statement
As the Digital Producer, you will serve as the primary executor, coordinator, and communicator for a broad Product of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and building digital campaign websites and landing pages incorporating SEO and web accessibility best practices.
- Producing and publishing website updates.
- Developing emails using Salesforce MarketingCloud with emphasis on responsive email best practices.
- Collaborate on construction of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing communication campaigns leveraging data from Salesforce (SalesCloud).
- Communicating digital project status and timelines with business partners.
- Being a liaison for divisional business partners and corporate digital teams.

- Displays a proven ability to coordinate and execute responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Has a proven record of excellence in defining and leading multiple projects while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Is a strong leader and teammate. Is punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects.
- Possesses excellent communication skills (written, oral, and internal stakeholder facing).
- Exhibits extreme attention to detail.
- Is an excellent problem-solver and excels at finding solutions that meet business needs.
- Experienced in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships.
- Works independently, remains calm in times of stress, reacts quickly and self-initiates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a digital production role is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager for building and maintaining websites.
- Working knowledge of advanced CRM systems.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, multimedia, SEO, SEM, and other digital technologies.
- Excellent understanding of web design methods and best practices.
- Results orientated with a premium on accurate, timely execution.
