Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / PSR I
Location:Bradenton, FL
Shift: Sunday & Monday- Off
Tuesday & Friday - 6:30 am - 3:30 pm - 1hr lunch
Wednesday & Thursday - 10 am - 2 pm
Saturday- 7am- 11am
Duration: 5 months

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the organization, responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, strong patient communication, and strict adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood samples accurately and safely.

• Provide excellent patient service, ensuring trust and comfort.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant work environment.

• Follow all procedures for clinical and forensic specimen handling.

• Keep accurate records and documentation.

• Promote a positive image of the organization.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere).

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred).

• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy (1+ year preferred).

• Experience in customer service and data entry.

• Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
