Phlebotomist I

Position: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Rotational Saturdays, 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing following established procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient information

• Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust

• Accurately complete all documentation and records

• Demonstrate flexibility for weekend, holiday, and overtime coverage as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Medical/paramedic training or phlebotomy certification preferred

• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy (1+ year preferred)

• Strong data entry and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

• Reliable transportation required (rideshare/bus not acceptable)

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the site

• Punctuality and full-shift attendance required
