Job Title: Lead Site Specialist / Asset Management Resource
Location: Norwood, MA
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $25 – $30/hr (W2)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
Join the Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES) division as an on-site Asset Management Specialist supporting a key customer account through Unity Lab Services (ULS). The role is central to site operations, inventory and asset management, and client satisfaction initiatives.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
Join the Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES) division as an on-site Asset Management Specialist supporting a key customer account through Unity Lab Services (ULS). The role is central to site operations, inventory and asset management, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute site operations per contract and Statement of Work
- Manage asset inventory systems and data accuracy (CMMS updates, work orders, POs)
- Track and maintain lab equipment lifecycle (condition, service, repairs)
- Escort service engineers and support on-site service events
- Collect, verify, and analyze service reports, invoices, and asset data
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements for inventory programs
- Assist with customer metric analysis (financials, compliance, growth)
- Collaborate on service/billing issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business reviews and PPI (Practical Process Improvement) projects
- Travel between local client sites as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service background
- Asset management experience (preferred in Life Sciences or Healthcare settings)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CMMS and inventory tracking tools
Working Conditions:
- Work performed on-site in lab and office settings
- Physical activities: walking, standing, lifting, use of carts
- May require PPE (e.g., lab coat, gloves, facemask)
- Occasional travel by car or air for training and site support
