Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Bothell, WA
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Duration: 6–9 Months (Potential for Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $18 to $21/hr on W2
Prescreening Questions
1. Do you have at least 1 year of directly applicable experience as an Mechanical assembler?
2. Do you have the ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers?
3. Do you have the ability to grasp, hold and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long duration?
4. Can you read, write and communicate proficiently in the English language?
5. Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent?
6. Can you lift up to 60 pounds?
7. Do you have basic computer skills to operate common systems such as Microsoft Outlook and ability to review pdfs?
8. Can you work full-time hours?
9. Could you work overtime if needed?
10. Do you have strong attention to detail? If so, please provide a sentence or two to explain.
11. What days & times this week and next week are you available to interview?

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly using common hand tools and a strong commitment to quality and safety. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet quality and performance standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, align, and test electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and electronic subassemblies per diagrams, schematics, or samples.
- Clean and prepare components and parts for assembly.
- Read and interpret technical documents including wiring diagrams, work instructions, and test procedures.
- Use hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimpers, and wire cutters.
- Accurately inspect and document test results according to specifications.
- Follow safety and quality procedures; wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and QA for feedback and improvement.
- Support other operational areas or duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
- Proficiency using hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components with precision.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally; regularly lift 15–40 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and using fine motor skills for extended periods.
- Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, PDFs).
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take coaching constructively.
