Shift: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630 central time

Job Summary:
The PSR I represents the company to patients, drawing blood samples and preparing them for lab testing while ensuring a safe and professional environment. They maintain patient trust by explaining procedures and handling specimens accurately. The PSR I follows all established practices, demonstrating leadership, confidentiality, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples and prepare specimens for testing.

• Ensure accuracy in patient information and specimen labeling.

• Maintain safety and professionalism while performing clinical and forensic duties.

• Promote a positive company image through customer interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.

• Independent work with minimal supervision.

• Proficient phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric).

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience required.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Customer service experience preferred.

Additional Information:

• Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
