Duration: 3+ months of Contract with (temp-to-hire)
Shift: Mon-Fri (6:30 am - 3:00 pm), (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), (9:00 am - 5:30 pm), (10:30 am - 7:00 pm) & Sat (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Pay Rate: $25.74/hr on W2 + Mileage Reimbursement
Job Description:
- Min. 3 years of professional Phlebotomist experience is required.
- The Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
- The PSR III has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
- The PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
