- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, or messages.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, or accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
