Shift: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the office - 2 days work from home.
Pay Rate: $30/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls; greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Assess and prioritize requests, determining appropriate escalation to supervisors or team members.
- Schedule meetings and appointments; manage and maintain calendars.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and staff activities.
- Attend meetings as required and take accurate notes and minutes.
- Prepare professional communications and documents, including emails, memos, invoices, and correspondence.
- Research, coordinate, and book travel arrangements for staff members.
- Complete and reconcile expense reports.
- Respond to procedural and administrative inquiries.
- Create, organize, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Process, distribute, and manage incoming emails and correspondence.
- Generate and analyze reports, when applicable.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support business and customer needs.
- This position description is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified to meet organizational needs.
Required Experience: 2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field – Preferred
