Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours Per Week: 37.5
Contract duration: 13 weeks
Hourly rate: $21/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Role Overview:
This position provides essential administrative and productarial support to attending physicians within the department. The role involves handling confidential information, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and acting as a key liaison between patients, physicians, and other staff.

Role Overview:
This position provides essential administrative and productarial support to attending physicians within the department. The role involves handling confidential information, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and acting as a key liaison between patients, physicians, and other staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and productarial support to attending physicians.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries about departmental services.
- Schedule patient consultations, follow-ups, procedures, and diagnostics in MOSAIQ/ARIA.
- Register new patients in Eagle and complete department registration in advance.
- Prepare and maintain complete and accurate patient charts.
- Ensure availability of all pertinent records and results for follow-up visits.
- Collect demographic and financial information from patients professionally and discreetly.
- Maintain organized office records, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist with photocopying, document preparation, and general clerical tasks.
- Provide coverage for other departmental support staff when needed.
- Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively, solving problems independently when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–5 years of productarial/administrative experience.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 75 w.p.m.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in word-processing and presentation software; familiarity with MOSAIQ/ARIA and Eagle systems preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of interacting with all levels of personnel.
