Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager, Facilities
Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Duration: 5 months (Contractor through 2025, potential hire in 2026)
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote
Position Summary:
- The Supply Chain Project Manager, Facilities will oversee facility-related supply chain projects across 14 sites throughout Florida.
- This role is critical in managing strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving project execution aligned with organizational goals.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects related to facilities, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Safety, Operations, Engineering, Construction, and other departments to align project execution with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics. Adjust plans as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Develop, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure service reliability and quality.
- Risk Management: Identify risks in supply chain and facility operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all facility-related activities comply with internal policies, local/state regulations, and safety standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, including direct involvement in facilities or infrastructure-related projects.

Technical Proficiency:
- Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Supply chain tools and systems
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and procurement terms.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in project tracking, documentation, and compliance.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot and reprioritize based on evolving project or organizational needs.
- Facilities Management: Experience with facility operations across multiple sites is a strong plus.
