Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Job Location: Temecula, CA
Job Duration: 3 months - possible of extension
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.20/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

• As the first point of contact for patients, the PSR I ensures a positive experience by collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing.
• This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong phlebotomy skills to support accurate and timely diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens safely and accurately.
• Provide clear explanations and build patient trust.
• Maintain confidentiality and precise records.
• Uphold safety, professionalism, and organizational standards.
• Adapt to schedule needs including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
