Making calls to Provider offices, reading from a script, and documenting in an excel spreadsheet. Reviewing Provider demographic data for accuracy.
Education:
High School/GED
Associates Degree - preferred
Languages:
English( Speak, Read, Write )
Skills:
The primary purpose of the job is to:
1. Responsible for review of Provider demographic management which includes additions, deletions or
2. Proficient in Excel, Google, and using a Healthcare Provider Directory
3. Excellent communication skills on the phone
4. Some knowledge of healthcare / and or requesting appointment scheduling
