The position requires training and occasional onsite meetings. Candidates should be sourced from the Orlando metro area and surrounding.
The CTR(contract to hire) hire would be required to commute and return to their home during training.
Ideally the candidate would live within commute distance, ( 1 hour or less) from client location.
Skills:
Advanced level Excel proficiency preferred (intermediate proficiency required)
Client facing soft skills required
Financial acumen and reporting experience preferred
Ability to interpret situations to determine best approach
Ability to follow directions accurately
Ability to document work consistently
Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Job Description Summary
The Product Management Contract Associate has responsibilities for following processes related to our 340B contract pharmacy direct replenishment program. The Contract Associate supports product, account management, operations, accounting, and clients in the day-to-day operations of our direct replenishment product.
Product of Role
This role has responsibilities that can financially impact a multi-million-dollar business line. The Contract Associate is expected to work autonomously, only requiring expert level support from others. The Contract Associate will assist with implementing new direct replenishment clients, resolving operations and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups, as well as operational and financial support of the various direct replenishment models. This position is responsible for ensuring business requirements are properly followed and that all decisions and setup are properly documented for future use. The Product of the position includes internal presentations and communication, including project status, timelines, and work completion.
Essential Functions
(30%) New client implementations for direct replenishment
(30%) Resolving operations and invoicing issues across multiple stakeholder groups
(30%) Operational support of the various direct replenishment models
(10%) Other tasks as assigned
Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred and ideally 3+ years of experience. New grads do not have necessary knowledge, skills and abililities associated with this role. Please only submit experienced individuals.
Schedule:
Start Date: 04/06/2026
End Date: 09/30/2026
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Days Per Week: 5.00
