Pay Range: $45/hr.

Job Summary:
The Sourcing Analyst 2 is responsible for supporting the procurement and strategic sourcing activities of the organization. This role involves analyzing data related to supplier performance, cost, and market trends, while also helping in supplier selection and contract negotiations. The role also supports the development of sourcing strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure supply chain sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing and procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and supplier performance issues.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, market trends, and pricing benchmarks.
Supplier Management: Support supplier selection, performance evaluations, and relationship management.
Sourcing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiations, alternative sourcing options, and process improvements.
Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers, including terms, pricing, and service levels.
Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Reporting: Prepare reports on supplier performance, market trends, and sourcing activities for management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, operations, and legal to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Skills:
o Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI)
o Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
o Proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies
Preferred Skills:
Experience with strategic sourcing or category management
Knowledge of supply chain sustainability practices
Familiarity with ERP systems - Oracle
Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
