Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Duration: 3+ months
Shift: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Overview:
The PSR I is the face of our company, providing exceptional patient service, drawing blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, creating a trustworthy environment.

Draw and process blood specimens safely and accurately.

Maintain records and documentation.

Follow safety procedures and organizational policies.

Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ years preferred.

Strong customer service, keyboard/data entry skills.

Flexible and reliable; available for scheduled shifts including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Reliable personal transportation; punctuality and full shift attendance required.
