Location - We will want to be either Location: CA-Carlsbad/ Pleasanton or MA-Chelmsford/Bedford or Paramus NJ. This position requires 3-4 days in the office.
Job Description: In this role, you will collaborate with market development, product management, and commercial colleagues to help deliver marketing programs and tactics that build customer value, generate revenue, and drive growth.
This individual will also be responsible for helping to improve key processes within the marketing organization to drive efficiency and improve performance.
Marketing expertise combined with strong project management skills will be required for success in this role as this individual will be expected to balance a variety of projects across multiple channels and teams while delivering on time and achieving key performance targets.
Key responsibilities
• Drive the production of marketing campaigns/tactics by engaging with key partners, both internally and externally, to drive projects to completion.
• Work with the Brand and Legal teams to ensure marketing materials meet requirements and are in compliance with all guidelines.
• Follow through on tactics to ensure they are tagged and posted in Seismic correctly
• Adhere to deadlines while keeping projects well organized and optimized.
• Draft and deploy internal communication, newsletter, and promotional email communication.
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of prior experience in a Market Development, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations role.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
• Strong project management, attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, creative and decision-making skills.
• Confidence in assisting with the execution of marketing campaign and tactics across a range of channels including email, social, sales enablement and more.
• Shows good judgment, remains flexible, and quickly responds positively to rapidly changing priorities and circumstances.
• Self-motivated and driving force in current or past organizations
• Collaborative teammate who is prepared to go the extra mile to accomplish critical objectives to drive business and financial outcomes.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (Seismic a plus). Comfortable learning new software tools and systems.
• B2B and life science/biopharma experience a plus
