Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Duration: 2 months
Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Friday

Overview:
As the face of the company, the PSR II provides high-quality patient care by collecting blood specimens safely and accurately. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, leadership, and the ability to build patient trust. Assigned locations may include doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens

• Verify patient info, labels, and signatures after collection

• Maintain documentation, safety standards, and cleanliness

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors

• Travel to different locations and adapt to last-minute schedule changes

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Medical or phlebotomy training preferred

  • Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, capillary)

  • 2+ years in a Patient Service Center preferred

  • Customer service and data entry experience

• Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills

  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/public transit not accepted)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable)

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to company policies
