Job Title: Specialist Pharmacovigilance
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15275 - HYBRID
Job Duration: 3 + Month (High Possibility with Extension or conversion for Full time)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30 am – 5 pm 40hr / week (Mon and Fri – WFH and Tues to Thurs – WFO)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance/Patient Safety Specialist to review and process Adverse Event (AE) and Product Quality Complaint (PQC) reports. The role involves accurately documenting safety data in Quality Management Systems, performing QC checks, monitoring multiple data sources (calls, claims, chats, etc.), and ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards. You will also support audits, reconciliation activities, and cross-functional teams.

- 1–2 years in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical call center/claims processing
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy (QA/QC experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work across multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and professional communication skills
