Phlebotomist II - 1st Shift

Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Edmond, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 3+ months

Overview:
The PSR II is the face of our company, interacting with patients, drawing blood, and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and excellent patient communication to create trust and confidence during procedures. Assignments may include patient service centers, doctors’ offices, or other locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) safely and accurately.

• Verify patient information, label specimens, and maintain accurate records.

• Maintain a safe, professional environment and follow all policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate leadership behaviors.

• Work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing schedules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience; at least 2 years in a patient service center preferred.

• Strong customer service, data entry, and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays, and travel between locations if needed).
