Requirements:
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian (RD). If RD, then FL Dietitian Licensure is required.
- SERV Safe Certification or equivalent within 90 days of hire will be required.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all activities of the Dietary Department, which includes providing nutritious and attractive meals for patients, visitors, and staff; maintaining an organized and sanitary environment; monitoring supply inventories and purchasing food and supplies as required; ensuring proper storage of food and supplies; and managing effective dietary staff in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, patient care plans, and appropriate regulations.
