Job Title: Phlebotomist II - Float
Location: Miami, FL 33176
Duration: 4 Months+ contract (With Possible Extension)
Shift:  Hours are M-F 5:30am-2:30pm. Alternating Saturdays 6:30am-10:30am.

• Mileage Reimbursed Between Sites.

• Seeking an experienced PSR II / Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Ocala, FL.
• This role is patient-facing and requires excellent phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and ensure a positive patient experience.

• Perform accurate blood draws (venipuncture/capillary) on all age groups.
• Verify patient identity and label specimens in their presence.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Rotate between patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy sites.
• Travel locally with reliable transportation (clean driving record required).
• Submit mileage between sites for reimbursement.

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience (required).
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Strong customer service background.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in CA, NV, WA).
• Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred).
• Clean driving record & reliable transportation (no bus/Uber).

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Miami, FL.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible to schedule changes.
• Training location may vary.
• Absenteeism or tardiness may result in termination.
