Product Manager - Specialized 5

Careers Integrated Resources Inc Beaverton, OR (Onsite) Contractor
Role Purpose:
To lead the development and execution of complex, high-impact products by leveraging deep expertise in product management, technical strategy, and domain knowledge. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and drives innovation across multiple squads.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with quarterly, annual, and multi-year business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to launchwith a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and evolution of product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.
  • Solve complex business problems in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Actively mentor and coach junior product professionals and contribute to organizational capability building.

Critical Experiences Needed:
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in
  • Deep involvement in technical decision-making and future- complex, cross-functional environments, state architecture planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale initiatives involving
  • Regular engagement with senior leadership and external multiple squads. Stakeholders to communicate product vision and impact.
  • Experience i n defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights.
