To lead the development and execution of complex, high-impact products by leveraging deep expertise in product management, technical strategy, and domain knowledge. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals and drives innovation across multiple squads.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with quarterly, annual, and multi-year business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecyclefrom ideation to launchwith a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Drive adoption and evolution of product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Influence and align stakeholders across departments and external partners.
- Solve complex business problems in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Actively mentor and coach junior product professionals and contribute to organizational capability building.
Critical Experiences Needed:
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in
- Deep involvement in technical decision-making and future- complex, cross-functional environments, state architecture planning.
- Demonstrated leadership of large-scale initiatives involving
- Regular engagement with senior leadership and external multiple squads. Stakeholders to communicate product vision and impact.
- Experience i n defining and evolving product strategies based on data and market insights.
