Phlebotomist II
Position: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 Months
Overview:
The PSR II represents the front line of patient care, responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, strong customer service, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric)

Prepare and label specimens accurately

Ensure patient comfort and understanding during procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols

Travel to various sites as needed with minimal notice
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric/geriatric)
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

Strong customer service and data entry skills
-
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
