Must Have
Both Roles must have experience with Manufacturing process Qualifications . Role 1= Packaging Science / Enginering Experience,
Role 2 = Chemical Engineering or Process & Formulation Experience
Nice To Have
(1) Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
(2) An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement.
(3) Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsiblity :
Must have a BS (MS, PhD) degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques Producted in academic or industrial settings. Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to Product exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work
