Job Duration: 2 Years+ Temp to Perm (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: $20/hr. on W2
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (possibility of overtime)

Requirements:
- Candidate must wear metatarsals on day one.
- Will be on feet for the majority of the shift.
Position Description:
- Help implement the new SAP/EWM system into the PDC.
- Serve as the material coordinator for the largest department on 2nd shift.
- Direct the activities of pickers to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track picking progress and update order statuses.
- Address issues such as missing items, damaged goods, or system errors promptly to minimize delays.
- Track productivity metrics and report results to supervisors; recommend improvements where needed.
- Work primarily in Client’s mainframe/menu-driven systems, DNS (Dealer Network System), and WCS; occasional work in Excel.
Critical Skills Required:
- Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy, with the ability to focus and perform work for long periods.
- Self-motivated to assist coworkers during lull times.
- Experience with inventory systems/tools/AS400 programs highly beneficial; able to troubleshoot inventory issues.
- Strong attention to detail, timeliness, and excellent attendance.
- Excellent people skills; able to manage a department of 50 employees and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
Other Responsibilities:
- May require driving a Client-owned Cushman on the shop floor after completing training.
- Train as backup to cover all duties within the department.
