Phlebotomist I

Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM + Sat, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Duration: 3 months

Role: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
As a PSR I, you’ll be the face of the company—drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a safe, professional, and patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (clinical & forensic)

• Interact with patients with professionalism and care

• Follow safety and confidentiality protocols

• Keep accurate records and documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; required in CA, NV, WA)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred

• Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Additional Info:

• Must have reliable personal transportation (no bus/Uber)

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Boynton Beach

• Commute time and home city must be listed on resume

• Punctuality and attendance are strictly enforced
