Job Summary
The Artwork Editor is responsible for reviewing product labeling to ensure all required regulatory and compliance elements are accurately included. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and participates in artwork alignment meetings to support upcoming changes and ensure accuracy in final deliverables.

Ingredients

Warnings

Net quantity of contents

Distributor statements

Other regulatory compliance requirements

Collaborate closely with:

Regulatory Affairs

Artwork Planners

Design Teams
-
Marketing
-
Legal Teams
-

Participate in artwork project alignment meetings to:

Stay informed of upcoming changes

Provide early feedback to the artwork team

Perform copy checking and proofreading of artwork components:

Manually

Using electronic verification tools

Meet with clients to discuss artwork requirements and updates

Review complex reports and documentation

Prepare and deliver presentations as required
