Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire)
Pay range: $45 - $55/hr. on W2
Shift: Sunday to Thursday: 3 PM – 11:30 PM PST
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing clinical laboratory testing following established policies and procedures, ensuring accurate results, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 0–3 years of lab experience.
Education: BS in Medical Technology or related field; Current California CLS license required.
Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire)

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing clinical laboratory testing following established policies and procedures, ensuring accurate results, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform moderate to highly complex clinical tests and manage newly introduced tests.
- Prepare reagents, stock solutions, and controls, test new reagents for effectiveness.
- Determine specimen acceptability and accurately calculate and enter test results.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance checks.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) tests, evaluate results, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Review and release patient reports, addressing critical values and unusual results.
- Track and label reagents and supplies accurately.
- Provide training and supervision to unlicensed staff as required.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 0–3 years of lab experience.
Education: BS in Medical Technology or related field; Current California CLS license required.
