Job Summary:

Reports to: Women’s Golf & Tennis Design Director
Collaborates with:
- Design leadership and Expert Designer
- Category team members (design, development, business, merchandising)
- Goal: Ensure product feasibility, meet price points, merchandising needs, and timelines
Who We Are Looking For:
Role: Apparel Designer II with:
- Strong design skills aligned to the brand’s philosophy
- Ability to identify trends through athlete/consumer insights
- Passion for innovation, performance, and sport culture
- Craftsmanship and environmental awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, original designs for women’s golf apparel
- Execute design direction aligned with seasonal and category goals
- Visualize and communicate design ideas clearly
- Develop prototypes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely project execution meeting price and feasibility requirements
- Present concepts within the Women’s Tennis organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of relevant apparel/fashion design experience
Skilled in:
- Trend analysis, visual culture, narrative building
- Sketching, illustration, typography, print/pattern, color theory, layout
- Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and design process proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Embraces inclusivity and diversity in design
- Passionate about empowering athletes
