    The Caption SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans.
  • Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlier—before undiagnosed issues become serious.
  • The Caption Care Operations Specialist works within the Caption Care Operations team and contributes to initiatives and tasks to ensure service excellence.
  • They include but are not limited to: integration tasks, scheduling, Client team support, Inbound and outbound calling for patients and key initiatives.
     

Essential Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will
  • Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service.
  • Contribute to activities within the broader operations team.
  • Contribute to Operations teams activities to build outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform.
  • Support operations to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling/call center requirements and features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 year’s experience in a call center environment.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
  • Ability to work independently.
