Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Ocala, FL 34471
Duration: 3+ months (Possible Extension)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM; Rotational Saturdays
 
Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for collecting blood specimens for clinical and forensic testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient care while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (pediatric and geriatric patients) following established procedures
• Prepare and process specimens accurately and on time
• Maintain required documentation and records
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of direct phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred
• Strong data entry and keyboard skills
• Reliable personal transportation (no rideshare/bus)
• Must live within 20–25 minutes of site (include home city/commute time on resume)
• Flexible for weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
