Payrate: $21.80/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
- The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who visit for routine health checks or critical diagnostic testing.
 - The PSR II is responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring a professional, safe, and compassionate patient experience.
 - This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
 - Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities accurately, efficiently, and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
 - Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and staff.
 - Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with established procedures.
 - Verify patient demographic information and confirm tube labeling with patients post-venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
 - Maintain required records, documentation, and logs.
 - Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, colleagues, and the public.
 - Exhibit leadership behaviors, process excellence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
 
Job Requirements:
- Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
 - Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, overtime, and travel as needed.
 - Commitment to all company Policies & Procedures, including dress code, safety, and confidentiality standards.
 - Sound decision-making and judgment based on established procedures.
 - Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record (if applicable).
 - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
 - Demonstrate superior customer service and professional communication with patients, peers, and supervisors.
 - Willingness to adapt and embrace change while maintaining business knowledge and professionalism.
 
Education & Certification

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Work Experience:

Required: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
