JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Under general supervision, answers employee questions and directs employee to applicable resources.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Creates, assigns, and updates customer tickets daily.
Communicates with customers about service issues and works with internal departments for resolution.
Uses Client programs and software tools to manage a variety of tasks, benefit changes, ticket requests, customer inquiries and various other needed assignments.
Utilizes effective listening and communication skills to identify problems, needs, and opportunities
Regular evening work hours may be required
Additional duties as necessary
Adequate use of telephony system
Basic computer skills (utilizing online resources)
Emphasis will be on providing customer service, handling service issues, working with internal departments within ***
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education:
Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, and zero to four years previous experience.
Preferred: High school diploma or G.E.D, plus additional or specialized training, and zero to four years previous experience.

Strong organizational, customer service, writing and communication skills
Remote
