Job Description:
- Location - Hybrid - 1 to 2 days in the office, Part-time position (20 to 30 hours)
- Possible temp to hire for the right person if budget/workload allows.
- Looking for someone who works is organized, has the ability to work independently well, and communicate effectively
- Interviews will be held on Miscrosoft Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process HCP faculty payments while ensuring all steps are being followed appropriately and in a timely manner
- Manage and track status of HCP reimbursements
- Reconciliation of meeting card spend and allocation to appropriate cost centers
- Manage quarterly budgets while tracking HCP payments
- Partner with Grants Coordinator to process approved payments after letter of agreements have been signed
- Set up vendors (HCPs and organizations) with required documents in corporate systems
- Identify issues and/or gaps across projects
- Ensure reimbursements are within limits and in compliance with company SOPs
- Adherence to compliance regulations
- Product efficiencies while shaping processes and leveraging trends
Requirements:
- HS Dipolma with 2+ years of experience in a related field; Peferred Associate Degree
- Attention to detail required
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with teams
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and Ariba
- Excellence in HCP relationship management
- Industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Self-motivated, disciplined self-starter with an ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively on various assignments
- Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal andactive listening skills
- Clear, articulate, and grammatically sound speech
- Excellent in HCP relationship management
- Industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, preferred
