Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: La Verne, CA (91750)
Duration: 12 Months (+possible extensions)
Pay Range: $32 - $37/ hour. on W2 basis.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited) to the following:
- Project/Task Management for the driving of exception resolutions.
- Data entry with focus on prioritization to response deadlines.
- Complete daily inventory reconciliation between Client and 3PL systems. (Investigation is sometimes required to ensure alignment)
- Attend weekly meetings with 3PL and internal trade operations group to ensure operational alignment with agreed upon strategies.
- Participate in ensuring Work Instructions and DSCSA documentation align to agree upon SOW with periodic review and revisions as needed.
- Participate and potentially lead daily/weekly meetings to coordinate exception resolution processes and trackers following DSCSA Compliance.
- Liase with Quality, Serialization Team, Trade Operations and 3PL Operations to ensure resolution of deviations within agreed upon timelines.
Professional skills/knowledge:
- Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical and Supply Chain environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive manner.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Excellent understanding of MS office.
- Understanding of Quality Management and Compliance Systems within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to initiate, drive, and manage projects to completion.
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers.
- Ability to deal with difficult customer communications.
- Ability to work within a dynamic Team environment.
- Knowledge of DSCSA regulations around exception management.
