Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays
Duration: 4+ months (contract)

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) provides professional, patient-focused care while performing clinical and forensic blood specimen collection. This role represents the face of the company and ensures a safe, compliant, and positive patient experience while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (pediatric, adult, geriatric)

• Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing

• Verify patient information and maintain accurate documentation

• Clearly explain procedures and ensure patient comfort

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational commitment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• Strong customer service and keyboard/data entry skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must live within a 20–25 minute commute of the Boynton Beach site (home city and commute time required on resume)

• Reliable personal transportation required (no bus or rideshare)

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full scheduled shifts

• Pay rate based on years of direct experience only (no overlapping roles)
