You will work cross-functionally with teams in Medical Professional Education and Medical Affairs, driving strategic improvements and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager Process & Operations Support to join our team in Arbor Lakes, MN. This role focuses on implementing project management best practices, improving operational efficiency, and building scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Medical Professional Education and Medical Affairs, driving strategic improvements and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Manage 1 2 ongoing process improvement or system integration projects
- Own all project deliverables including planning, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various product lines
- Facilitate project planning, coordination sessions, and post-project reviews
- Create and consolidate project status updates for program-level and senior leadership reporting
- Define requirements for project management tools and systems, and lead their implementation
- Promote the adoption of Microsoft Office Suite and other team collaboration platforms
- Ensure strict adherence to all quality system and regulatory standards in project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Project Management, Business, or related discipline
- 6 9 years of project management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process optimization
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Education (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
