Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our omnichannel engagement and digital media initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct current state assessments, analyze digital data, and support customer engagement strategies. Experience in digital media data platforms within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, as well as hands-on familiarity with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and paid media platforms, is essential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (ex, Marketing, Commercial, IT) to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and current-state documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze digital engagement data and marketing performance metrics to help derive actionable business insights.
- Translate complex data findings into clear reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (including paid media partners such as PHM) to support digital campaigns and media data and reporting.
- Partner with IT, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are scalable.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics, paid media & MDM data for campaign data analysis, segmentation, and journey optimization.
- Ensure alignment of marketing and engagement initiatives with compliance standards and business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
- Strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake is a plus
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing, digital data analysis, and customer experience mapping.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting business requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Proven experience working with paid media vendors and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency with data visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
