Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: This is a 1st shift schedule. Hours will 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM Monday-Friday. Overtime shifts are on Saturdays from 06:00 - 12:00

How Will You Make an Impact?
Our Machine Operator will perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in packaging processes.
What will you do:
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, instruction manuals, or drawings.
- Perform advanced electrical or mechanical work and ensure equipment is running efficiently and complete scheduled maintenance.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment, run manufacturing equipment, or perform equipment modifications as needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of equipment maintenance work experience in a manufacturing, operations, or production setting or related industry.
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Highly skilled at reading and understanding schematics to diagnose problems and repair equipment.
- Excellent teammate who can complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time and help others as needed.
- Advanced level use of mathematical formulas, handbooks, and a variety of precision measuring instruments to complete day-to-day tasks.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
- The ability to lift and/or exert up to 50 lbs.
- Work on equipment while bending, kneeling, sitting, and/or frequently standing.
- Near Vision Acuity with minimum 20/40 corrected vision and color vision.
