Summary:
- Tracks, analyzes, investigates and resolves service billings and inquiries in relation to contract.
- Provides information and recommendations to management to ensure contract terms and goals are aligned with customer’s and company’s needs.
- Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
- Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
- Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work.
- Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Specialized knowledge of specific work processes or area.
- Provides analytical work to assigned area.
- Advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applies this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area. Manages, organizes, and analyzes data or other information.
- Acts as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
- Applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical
- work. Requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
- SAP and excel experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Outstanding customer orientation and service focus
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
