Job Description:
- The client is looking for a Service Coordinator with a few years of experience using the ConnectWise platform.
- This person would be required to do the administration, open tickets in ConnectWise, enter info into the system, email customers about the statuses, reach out to engineers via cell and MS Teams, and other tasks as required.
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
