Phlebotomist I
Patient Services Representative I
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: M–F, 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Every 4th Saturday, 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Summary:
Served as the front-line representative for patient services, delivering high-quality phlebotomy care and customer service. Collected and processed blood specimens for lab testing in a safe and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Performed venipuncture and specimen processing (clinical and forensic)

Education & Training:
