Job Description:
Owns end to end execution of the Telecom Disconnect Initiative, coordinating across Sourcing, Digital, Field, and Supplier teams while managing staff, timelines, Product, risks, dependencies, reporting, governance, and executive communications to ensure savings targets and program milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end Telecom Disconnect Initiative by managing temporary staff that will be conducting enterprise wide inventory and usage analysis of analog lines, reviewing billing, and developing recommendations for replacement or disconnection.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience with legacy telecommunications services, including data circuits and analog dial tone, with prior experience as a supervisor or similar role.
Strong technical understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end Telecom Disconnect Initiative by leading the Telecom Disconnect Team of 8 Telecom Analysts who will be responsible for identifying telecom services that can be disconnected or replaced, submitting disconnect orders, coordinating replacement solutions, and tracking savings associated with these initiatives.
Supervisor will also manage project timelines, Product, risks, and dependencies; oversee reporting, governance, and executive updates; and ensure savings targets and program milestones are achieved.

The Supervisor / Project Manager will manage a team of 8 Telecom Analysts as well as engage extensively with crossfunctional partners and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the Telecom Disconnect Initiative. This role works closely with Sourcing, Digital, Field Management, and Telecom teams to align priorities. The role also maintains consistent communication with leadership and executive stakeholders through structured reporting, governance forums, and status updates, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decisionmaking to achieve program milestones and savings targets.
Are there any specific disqualifiers or criteria that would prevent a candidate from being considered for this position?
Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience, with substantial handson experience in managing team and project management skills. The role requires a strong technical foundation, including the ability to understand and work with legacy voice and network circuits.
