Duties:
- Perform daily Viable and Non-viable Environmental monitoring in production facility.
- Assist with manufacturing operations during periods of inactivity.
- Performs product sampling, environmental monitoring, or other related activities as directed.
- Maintains batch record documentation and logs as required by management.
- Performs cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and classified production space.
- Maintain supply required for Environmental monitoring.
- Prepares plates daily required for Environmental monitoring.
- Maintains all associated documentation for Environmental monitoring and operations being performed.
- Investigate and write EM deviations.
- AA or Bachelors Microbiology
- Writing deviations (manufacturing or microbiology), EM monitoring.
- Aseptic gowning, micro lab or chem lab experience.
- 2 years minimum (industry) work Experience.
- Flexibility to work 8+ hours and sometimes weekend.
