Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location:Doral, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: M-F 7 am - 3 pm & Every Saturday l 6:30 am - 11 am

Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a positive patient experience. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood samples accurately and safely.

• Maintain patient trust by explaining procedures clearly and professionally.

• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks under supervisor guidance.

• Keep accurate records and follow all confidentiality protocols.

• Support a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED); Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.

• Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA).

• Experience:

  • 6+ months phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED); 1+ year preferred.

  • Customer service and data entry experience preferred.

Skills:

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible (including weekends/holidays/on-call).

Additional Requirements:

• Must list home city and commute time on resume (max 20–25 min from job site).

• Reliable personal transportation required (no rideshare/bus).

• Rate of pay based on verified, non-overlapping, direct experience.

• Must be consistently punctual and dependable.
