Job Title: RN House Supervisor | Nurse Supervisor
Locations: San Diego, CA
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
Rate: $65 - $75 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- House Supervisor
- Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit by monitoring the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Align team efforts and standards and measures progress in achieving results.
- Supervise hospital functions to support patient care by facilitating team meetings and or management decisions and identifying action items.
- Ensure safe quality and standardized care delivery.
- 1 year of experience.
- RN License
- ACLS/BLS
