Pay Rate: $16.37/hr. on W2
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Experience Required: 1+ year operations experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED

The I-9 Coordinator supports the Human Resources Shared Services Employment Authorization Onboarding function. This role ensures that new hires and internal colleagues complete all required onboarding processes to become successful employees. The coordinator monitors systems, manages cases, and supports reporting and compliance activities.

- Triage ServiceNow case management system inquiries related to I-9 questions
- Support I-9 reporting and documentation
- Assist with New Hire Form completion, including audit checks
- Resolve cases and ensure compliance with HR onboarding requirements
- Work independently or collaboratively with HR teams to maintain accurate onboarding records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of operations experience
- Knowledge of I-9 processes and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects using standard project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills
- Experience with HR processes and administration
Preferred Skills:
- Workday experience
- Experience in service and operations delivery
