Title: Senior Data Coordinator
Location: Mason OH Hybrid - 3x in Mason, OH
Contract: 5 month(s) and Possibility of Extension
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word. Demonstrates ability to handle all tasks, roles, responsibilities though previous work experience.
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Data Entry Experience. Experience working with sensitive data / data integrity. Prior experience working in healthcare.
Required levels/ Years of Experience education discuss whether there is flexibility High School Graduate. Minimum two years of relative work experience
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The range of responsibility is based on the experience level of the associate.
The Data Analyst acts as the main information and reporting resource and systems expert for the Product/Planning team.
Demonstrates leadership in critical thinking skills and challenges the department to analyze the business in new ways and continually drive results.
Viewed as an expert for the area of responsibility.
Responsibilities include analyzing performance within the department, develop methodologies and functionalities to automate and streamline reporting tools and databases for the Product/Planning team, and provide training to incoming associates.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Working knowledge of Planning, Buying and Merchandising principles.
Proficient computer skills: -MS Excel-ability/aptitude to learn/create complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas (V-lookups, IF statements; pivot tables; macros).
MS Wordability/aptitude to learn/create professional memos.
Product Management Software-full understanding and ability to use applicable functions relating to Product styles. -Mainframe Database/Data Warehouse ability/aptitude to access reports and build/ manipulate queries Strong analytical and mathematical skills - able to gather data, extract conclusions from available data.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant work experience. Advanced excel, windows applications. SAP experience preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree or 3+ years relevant work experience, retail or information technology.
